To pick the perfect development plan for you, we start with a comprehensive evaluation session. We evaluate the athletes athletic and technical capabilities using state of the art sports performance equipment. All athletes will leave the evaluation session knowing their vertical jump, laser timed acceleration sprint speeds, brain’s reactive intelligence score, and detailed movement quality. The skills evaluation will be dependent the athlete’s sport(s). Basketball athletes will cover shooting mechanics, ball handling ambidexterity, game like footwork biomechanics, and shooting accuracy. This isn’t a randomized cone dribbling drill. This is your true day one starting point exposing strengths and weaknesses. Baseball/Softball athletes will cover exit velocity, radar detected throwing speed, and game specific fielding mechanics to identify any leaks in their performance bucket.

This is where Ten-10 separates itself from other training programs. Numbers don’t lie, they always show the gaps in performance. If your athlete needs more work on their explosiveness, we have a program for it. Is your athlete weak with their off-hand? Don’t worry, our classes fix that. Every plan is individualized because every athlete is created uniquely with their own strengths and weaknesses.
This is where the work begins and the self-confidence begins to rise. You'll train 1-4x per week in small groups led by our expert trainers. Sports performance training, skills training sessions, and advanced injury prevention training + recovery techniques found under 1 roof. All you have to do is show up, get out of your comfort zone, and the results will come.
Our guarantee at Ten-10 Training is that if athletes meet us with non-negotiable dedication and a willingness to be coached, we will provide them with the necessary tools needed to reach their full potential while experiencing joy during the process.
Our staff’s goal every session is to make training the favorite part of an athlete’s day. Yes, there will be unending mistakes and challenges athletes experience every single day. How Do I Get Started?
We make sure every athlete has a positive experience from the first session to the last. All new athletes are required to do a “First Session Evaluation” to collect their beginning point data and get registered for the appropriate class to reach their goals.
What is Sports Performance/SpeedLab?
Sports performance is the science needed to improve an athlete based on their deficiencies. SpeedLab is the class guaranteed to have your athlete moving efficiently & explosively. Speed kills and we want our athletes dominating the competition.
How do we schedule privates?
All Ten-10 members gain exclusive and priority scheduling through our members only app to easily schedule private sessions with your favorite trainer/coach!
What are the membership options?

Is there a trial period?
Our first session evaluation is trial period for athletes and our staff to make sure this is a good fit. There are no long term commitments required for Evals. Memberships can be agreed to upon completion of the mandatory eval session.
